Job summary

Baker Tilly Bengaluru, a leading professional services firm, seeks a software engineer to embed with a delivery team, learn processes, and apply professional judgment to automation initiatives.

You will conduct technical discovery across systems, data access, controls, and success measures; reuse proven engines; and measure results before deployment while training operators for go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ deploying LLM-based systems used by non-technical users.
• Strong Python, with full-stack range to build a usable operator interface without waiting for a front-end team.
• Cloud fundamentals on Azure or AWS, including compute, storage, networking, identity, containers and CI/CD.
• Strong systems integration and data skills: REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, ETL and SQL.
• Nice-to-have: experience with forward deployed/embedded delivery or internal product engineering; React for lightweight operator interfaces; observability tooling for LLM apps; Azure or AWS certifications.
