DrishtIQ in Gurgaon is seeking an Forward Deployed AI Engineer to own AI solutions end-to-end, from problem discovery to production. You will work directly with customers and executives, building production-grade AI agents and integrating with ERP, CRM, and SaaS systems.

You will deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP and build robust eval pipelines for accuracy and cost, balancing innovation with reliability. This on-site role requires 2–6 years of experience and a hands-on, product-minded mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Python and SQL with REST API and JSON experience.
• Experience building production AI agents and end-to-end AI solutions.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows.
• Familiar with tool use, embeddings, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI into ERP/CRM/banking/SaaS via REST/webhooks.
• Cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP with monitoring and cost optimization.

DrishtIQ | Gurgaon | Full-time (On-site) | Experience: 2–6 years

The Role

Own AI solutions end-to-end: problem discovery -> prototype -> integration -> production. Not a traditional backend/ML role. You'll work directly with customers, founders, CFOs, and CTOs.

What You’ll Do

• Turn ambiguous business problems into AI solutions with clear success metrics
• Build production‑grade AI agents: RAG, tool‑using, workflow and multi‑agent systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Ship POCs and MVPs in days, then scale them to production
• Integrate with ERP, accounting, CRM, banking, e‑commerce and SaaS via REST APIs, webhooks and OAuth
• Deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP with monitoring, observability, and latency and cost optimisation
• Build eval pipelines for accuracy, hallucination, latency and cost, plus guardrails
