Job summary

Opstree Global in Mumbai is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer – AI & Automation to translate business problems into production-ready AI and automation solutions. The role requires hands-on delivery across AI/LLM, integration, and scalable workflows.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience, a strong software foundation in Java, Node.js or Python, and experience with APIs, cloud, CI/CD and enterprise integration. BFSI or regulated-enterprise experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool calling and AI evaluation.
• Strong software engineering foundation in Java, Node.js or Python.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud, workflow automation and enterprise integration.
• Ability to make practical solution-architecture decisions.
• Understanding of security, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and production support.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
• BFSI or regulated-enterprise experience preferred.
