As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of customers, AI technology, and business execution, working directly with enterprise clients to design, build, deploy, and scale AI solutions that solve real-world operational challenges.

What you'll do

• Embed directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes, identify AI opportunities, and translate operational challenges into production‑ready AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy AI‑powered applications including Agentic AI systems, enterprise copilots, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) platforms, workflow automation solutions, and intelligent assistants.
• Develop and integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Databricks, Microsoft ecosystems, and proprietary customer applications.
• Own the complete lifecycle of AI deployments—from discovery and architecture through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Partner closely with customer stakeholders, product teams, architects, and business leaders to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build scalable AI workflows using modern frameworks including LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, and emerging agent orchestration platforms.
• Establish best practices for AI architecture, observability, governance, security, and responsible deployment across customer environments.
• Act as the technical bridge between AI models, enterprise systems, operational workflows, and customer success.
• Contribute to the evolution of ArqAI's proprietary accelerators, reusable frameworks, deployment methodologies, and future AI platforms.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, solutions engineering, or enterprise technology consulting.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or equivalent foundation models.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, RAG systems, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool orchestration, and AI workflow automation.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first approach to solution design and delivery.
• Experience deploying AI solutions within Fortune 500 organizations or highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, or manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with AI governance frameworks, model monitoring, AI security, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, observability platforms, and production AI monitoring tools.
• Prior experience working in consulting, professional services, solutions architecture, customer engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles.
• Contributions to open‑source AI projects, technical publications, conference speaking engagements, or AI community leadership.
• Experience working with Salesforce Agentforce, Databricks Mosaic AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar enterprise AI ecosystems.
