Job summary

Bo International in Gurgaon is seeking a Formulation Chemist to develop high-performance skincare, haircare, body care, and sunscreens. You will work on modern UV filters, actives, textures, and sensorial systems to create market-ready formulations.

This role requires hands-on experience with emulsions, gels, and surfactant systems, and a practical mindset to scale from bench to pilot to production. You will document work clearly and collaborate with production, QC, and sourcing teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 1 to 10 years of hands-on formulation experience.
• Strong expertise in emulsions, gels, surfactant systems, and actives.
• Sunscreen experience (SPF / PA / UV filters) is a big plus.
• Comfortable with raw material substitution, cost optimization, and scale-up issues.
• Practical mindset — you know what works in the factory, not just on paper.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
