Job description

Analyze, record, and maintain accurate financial data to support timely reporting and compliance. Prepare and assist with financial statements, reconciliations, and closing activities in line with applicable accounting standards. Coordinate with internal teams for accounts payable, accounts receivable management, and documentation. Review budgets, expenses, and variances to identify insights and ensure accuracy. Support audits, compliance requirements, and process improvements through organized financial records and analysis.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 0–1 year of experience or academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar preferred).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

The Foreign Accounting Executive would be a key contributor to TAG’s finance team, supporting accurate reporting andcompliance with the following responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Assist in accounts payable/receivable processing, invoice management, and vendor reconciliations.
• Research US GAAP and relevant tax regulations to support compliance requirements.
• Help in reviewing budgets, expense reports, and variance analysis to provide financial insights .
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of financial data for audits and internal use.
• Work closely with senior accountants to gain exposure in US taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.
