Moustache is a community-driven hospitality brand operating hostels and boutique stays across India. Our spaces are designed for backpackers, solo travelers, and explorers looking for more than just a place to sleep.

Role

The Global Community Intern will work closely with the hostel team to create a vibrant and engaging environment for travelers. The role focuses on community engagement, social activity coordination, and supporting bar‑led social experiences that are central to hostel culture. Interns will help create a welcoming atmosphere in common areas while gaining practical exposure to guest experience management and hospitality service practices.

• Facilitate guest interaction and help build a strong community atmosphere within the hostel
• Organize and host social activities such as game nights, trivia, karaoke, cultural exchange sessions, and group outings
• Encourage interaction among guests and help solo travelers connect
• Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere in common areas
• Support the team in organizing hostel events and guest engagement initiatives
• Support the bar team during social events by assisting with basic beverage service, engaging with guests, and maintaining responsible bar service standards
• Capture moments from activities and assist with light social media content when required
