About Boomerang Hospitality

We are building a design-forward specialty coffee and lifestyle space in Jaipur which blends craft coffee, thoughtful food, and community experiences. Fellows work directly with the founder and core team, own real projects, and build a portfolio that travels globally

The Business Operations & Community Development Intern will work closely with the founding team of Boomerang Hospitality to support the development of internal systems, community initiatives, and partnership-led projects. This role is designed as a learning-based leadership experience where the intern will gain exposure to startup operations, data-driven decision-making, and community-building in the hospitality space. The intern will lead defined projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the organisation’s growth while developing professional and intercultural competencies.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and tracking of basic business and operational data (sales, partnerships, performance metrics).
• Assist in analysing data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Support planning and execution of community initiatives, events, and brand collaborations.
• Assist in identifying and engaging potential partners and collaborators.
• Coordinate with internal teams on defined projects and timelines.
• Participate in regular reflection, feedback, and learning sessions with the founding team.
