The intern will work on a university-facilitated Human Resource Management & Organizational Development Project, gaining practical exposure to recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation and employee relations. The intern will conduct HR-related research, analyse organisational practices and HR cases, assist with relevant documentation, and present findings under faculty/organizational supervision. The project will conclude with a structured report and presentation.
