Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management or hospitality operations.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP certification, and local Indian regulations.
• Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and culinary operations.
• Demonstrated leadership to build and motivate high-performing teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
