Job summary

Hilton Hyderabad is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Hotels team. You will help deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service across dining outlets, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests throughout their stay.

As part of a busy outlet, you will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with outlet readiness, while upholding Hilton's service standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service preferred.
• Ability to deliver friendly and attentive guest service.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service procedures.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively as a team: Coordinate closely with colleagues, supervisors,kitchen teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Support revenue and efficiency: Promote menu items and special offers whereappropriate, process orders accurately, and minimize wastage.
• Uphold health and safety standards: Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcoholawareness, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Develop your skills: Participate in training and continuously build yourknowledge of menus, service techniques, and hospitality standards.
