Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Chennai seeks a skilled Flowable Developer to design, implement and optimize workflow automation using Flowable BPM Platform. The ideal candidate will design BPMN/DMN models and integrate with enterprise systems via REST APIs.

You will develop Java-based services and custom components, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to drive process improvements. 5+ years IT experience with Flowable BPM required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Flowable BPM.
• Strong knowledge of Flowable Process Engine, BPMN 2.0, CMMN, DMN.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Flowable-based workflows.
• Develop and maintain BPMN 2.0, CMMN, and DMN models.
• Create and customize UI forms and workflow apps.
• Integrate Flowable with enterprise apps via REST APIs and web services.

We are seeking a skilled Flowable Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing workflow and business process automation solutions using the Flowable BPM Platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in BPMN workflows, process orchestration, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement business process workflows using Flowable BPM.
• Develop and maintain BPMN 2.0, CMMN, and DMN models.
• Create and customize user interfaces, forms, and workflow applications.
• Integrate Flowable with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Develop Java-based services, delegates, listeners, and custom components.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize process performance.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver workflow automation solutions.
