• Recognize and reward high performers to boost motivation.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment through engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Monitor adherence to process and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational and sales performance trends using MIS reports.
