Job summary

Max Healthcare in Lucknow is seeking a Hospital Administrative Liaison to support medical administration, coordinate patient care programs, and address queries from attendants. You will work closely with doctors, nursing staff, and administration to ensure timely communication of medical status, smooth discharge processes, and respectful handling of VIP patients.

The role emphasizes feedback collection and quality monitoring to drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to medical administration in managing patient care programs.
• Meet daily with attendants of all admitted patients and resolve their queries.
• Coordinate care and educate patients and families on their rights and responsibilities.
• Follow up daily with nursing incharges on issues related to Pharmacy/Diagnostics/other services.
• Liaise between doctors and patients to ensure patients and attendants are informed of medical status.
• Carry out daily checks for patients moved from ward/ICU to OT and from OT.
• Expedite discharge processes to improve turnaround time (TAT).
• Handle VIP patients in OPD and IPD.
• Oversee redressal of grievances/complaints from patients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collect feedback in prescribed forms and collate into HIS software for top management review.
• Monitor quality indicators and drive improvements in quality.

• Daily meeting with attendants of all admitted patient and solving their queries.
• Coordinating including care patient/ family education on their rights and responsibility.
• Daily following up with nursing incharges for any problem regarding Pharmacy/diagnostics/other services.
• Cost effective utilization of resources in consistence with the hospital mission and collaborative patient care.
• To act as a liaison between doctors and patients when ever required and ensuring that patient and attendants are aware of medical status of the patient.
• Carry out daily check for the entire patient shifted from ward /ICU to the OT and from the OT
• Expediting the discharge process to improve the given TAT.
• Handling VIP patients in OPD and IPD.
• Oversee the redressal of grievances/complaints received from the patients in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collect feedback in prescribed feedback forms from all patients and collate the feedback received into an HIS Software to be shared with the top management on a periodic basis
• Monitoring the quality indicators for quality purpose.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein as may be assigned or delegated.
• To diligently carryout any other responsibility, job role or task assigned from time to time by the management or superior.
