Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products. The team is looking to add an Analyst for GBS Procurement in India.

The role calls for quickly and accurately processing purchase orders in a fast-paced setting, along with strong stakeholder service skills and good teamwork to meet demanding performance targets. The Analyst will manage end-to-end purchasing, coordinate with vendors, maintain supplier data, and monitor KPI

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for C class items.
• Handle the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including PR to PO, sending POs to suppliers, PO confirmation, delivery follow-up and supplier payment coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors on the actual delivery status of materials.
• Complete the Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report on time for review.
• Work on pull-in, push-out and cancellations based on the MRP report while meeting KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory at optimum levels as per site requirements.
• Coordinate with internal business partners (requestors) and suppliers on purchase order changes.
• Manage the supplier database.
• Handle shortage and excess escalation management.
• Follow through on urgent receipts, past-due management and resolving receiving challenges.
