Alstom Indore is seeking a full-time Team Leader (Services) to manage a maintenance and servicing team responsible for rolling stock and infrastructure. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure safety standards, and report progress to the Production Manager while driving continuous improvement activities.
You will lead asset teams, deliver shift briefings, coordinate staffing, and ensure training and documentation are up to standard in a dynamic rail maintenance environment.

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful maintenance, servicing, and renovation of rolling stock and infrastructure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Quality Managers, Industrial Teams, and Customer Representatives), manage team performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading and coordinating your team to meet service demands, but also support continuous improvement initiatives and team development.
