Job summary

Flix is expanding its operations in India and seeks an Associate Ground Operations (contract) based in Bangalore. You will handle parking, fleet management, inspections, curbside support, inventory control, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless intercity travel operations.

The role requires hands-on operations experience, strong data analysis, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ hands-on experience in an intercity travels operations company.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Team player with strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; willingness to work in shifts (24/7).

Responsibilities

• Parking and fleet management.
• Inspections and checks: conduct vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Site visits and curbside stop support.
• Assist with branding of curbside stops.
• Oversee distribution of bus equipment and track inventory; coordinate reorders with vendors.
• Support GoLive activities and boost offline ticket sales in the city.
• Enforce quality and safety standards among bus partners; conduct audits.

Based in Bangalore, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Flix's services, likely including bus operations and related logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis and vendor management processes!

About The Role

• Parking and Fleet management
• Inspections and Checks: Conduct rigorous vehicle inspections and mystery checks and document findings
• Site Visits and Support: Regularly visit curbside stops and address challenges
• Support with the branding of the curbside stops
• Distribution and Inventory: Oversee the organized distribution of bus equipment and items, track inventory levels, and coordinate timely reorders with vendors.
• GoLive Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for the launch and increase offline ticket sales share from the particular city.
• Quality and Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety standards among bus partners and conduct regular audits

About You
