Job summary

Pran Beverages India Limited (PBIL) in Agartala, Tripura, seeks an R&D Executive Seasonings to develop and improve spice blends for snacks and foods from lab to plant scale-up.

You will formulate new seasonings, bench-mark competitors, and run sensory evaluations, stability tests, and plant trials while ensuring compliance with FSSAI, allergen and HACCP standards. 4 years of experience in FMCG seasoning is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science or Chemistry.
• 2–6 years in seasoning/NPD in FMCG, snacks, spices or a flavour house.
• Knowledge of spices, flavour enhancers and flavour chemistry.
• Strong coordination with QA, production, procurement and marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
