Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Science, or a related field.
• Relevant professional qualification in flavour technology will be an advantage.

Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in flavour formulation and applications, preferably with a flavour house.
• Strong hands-on experience in flavour creation and product development.
• Experience in setting up or developing an R&D laboratory/function will be highly preferred.
• Experience across multiple food and beverage applications is desirable.
