Job summary

ADVENXA is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant / Finance Executive for the Edappally, Kerala location. The role focuses on managing the fixed asset register, capitalizations, disposals, and month-end closings, with hands-on ERP and advanced Excel requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Com/M.Com or related commerce/finance degree and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and auditors.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Fixed Asset Accounting experience.
• Experience with month-end closing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fixed Asset Register and oversee the complete asset lifecycle.
• Perform asset capitalization, transfers, retirements, and disposals.
• Prepare fixed asset schedules and support month-end closing activities.
• Conduct fixed asset reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate physical verification of assets across branches.
• Review and reconcile branch audit observations.
• Prepare fixed asset reports and support management reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Collaborate with Finance and branch teams to ensure data accuracy.
