Job summary

Securix Multiple Solution is seeking a skilled professional to plan, coordinate and execute fire alarm system projects in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. You will supervise installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance, while coordinating with clients, consultants and site teams for seamless execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute fire alarm system projects per drawings and specs.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specs and material requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and work schedules on site.
• Ensure proper installation of fire alarm panels, detectors, MCPs, hooters, modules and related devices.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems as per applicable standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, inspection and testing reports, handover documents.

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and work schedules at site.
• Ensure proper installation of fire alarm panels, detectors, MCPs, hooters, modules, and related devices.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems as per applicable standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, inspection reports, testing reports, and handover documents.
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of required materials and equipment.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate with the electrical and civil teams for integration of fire alarm system with other building services.
• Ensure proper cable laying, termination, labeling, and loop testing of fire alarm systems.
• Attend client complaints, breakdowns, and technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in preparing quotations, material estimates, work schedules, and technical proposals for new projects.
