A. Application Support (L2 Support)

• Provide L2 functional support for Infor LN Finance modules
• Investigate and resolve system issues and errors
• Manage incidents and service requests
• Ensure minimal business disruption

B. Financial Process Support

• Support P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
• Ensure financial data accuracy and reconciliation
• Identify process improvements

C. Enhancements & Change Management

• Gather requirements and prepare functional specs
• Support testing and deployment
• Coordinate with technical teams

D. Integration & Interfaces

• Support integrations with banking and external systems
• Ensure data validation and error handling

E. Reporting & Compliance

• Support financial reporting and audits
• Ensure compliance with SOX and policies

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Infor LN Finance modules (GL, AP, AR)
• Understanding of ERP finance processes
