Acuity Knowledge Partners in Gurugram is seeking a Financial Spreading professional at Associate to Manager level to support Lending Services for a US-based client. The role is office-based with 10am–7pm IST hours and requires 3–12 years of experience in financial analysis and lending workflows.

You will analyze and normalize financial statements, assess covenants, monitor credit metrics, and deliver error-free outputs on time.

Qualificações

• 3–12 years of experience in financial spreading and credit analysis.
• Experience with Moody’s RiskAnalyst or Creditlens preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills required.
• MBA/CA/CFA qualifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and spread financial statements in Moody’s RiskAnalyst / Creditlens / client templates.
• Assess Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow for credit appraisals.
• Normalize financial statements for exceptional items to reflect true profitability.
• Calculate Adjusted Net Worth, Cash Flows, Debt Service, Covenant compliance.
• Monitor covenants and reporting; deliver 100% quality on time.

Job Description

Job Title: Financial Spreading (Associate/ Sr Associate/ Delivery Lead/ Manager), GGN

• Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
• Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST
• Experience Level : 3-12 years
• 0-2 months' notice candidates preferred due to business need.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Services division. You will be part of team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLA’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and spreading thefinancial statements in Moody’s RiskAnalyst (MRA) / Creditlens / clientcustomized templates
• Analysis of financial statementsincluding Income statement, Balance Sheet & cash flow of public &private companies for the credit appraisal process
• Going through the supplementaryschedules, notes and MD&A for the detailed breakups and adjustments
• Normalizing the financialstatement for exceptional and non-recurring items to arrive at the trueprofitability figures
• Calculating the Adjusted NetWorth, Recurring Cash Flows, Annual Debt Service, Contingent Liabilities,Custom Ratios and other financial metrics
• Screening the credit agreementsand analyzing the financial covenants applicable to the borrower
• Monitor Covenant compliance andreporting.
• Conduct detailed quality checks ofclient deliverables
• Managing capacity, efficiency andaccuracy of the process
• The candidate should possessreasonable knowledge of the banking processes related to commercial lending,especially corporate loans.
• Responsible for delivering 100%quality, Meeting strict deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
• Regular communication with theclient to ensure the expectations are met
• Support with project scoping,client communication, resource staffing based on the requirement, end-to-endworkflow management, MIS reporting, etc.
• MBA (Finance) / CA (CPAequivalent) / CFA
• Experience of 3-12 years inspreading and covenant monitoring
• Strong understanding of creditprinciples, policies, and regulations
• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel
• Excellent written and spokencommunication skills
• Experience of working for a USbased bank will be an added advantage
