Job summary

Acuity Analytics is seeking a Sr. Associate/Delivery Lead/Manager to join the Credit Analysis team in Gurgaon.

The role involves evaluating creditworthiness for Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions, delivering insightful credit reports, and managing client relationships in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Responsibilities include financial statement analysis, CAMEL-based assessments, and coordinating rating assignments while ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of relevant credit analysis experience in financial institutions.
• CA/MBA/CFA/M.Com or equivalent degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and trends to assess credit worthiness of Banks, NBFCs and other FI counterparties.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and handle rating assignments.
• Prepare credit reports including counterparty profile, key rating considerations, and CAMEL-based financial analysis.
• Analyze business models, strengths/weaknesses, risks and revenue structures of counterparties.
• Adhere to SOPs and compliance documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.

Job Location - Gurgaon (Work from office)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate, energetic resource to join the core Lending Services team. You will be part of team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial statement, performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of the Banks, Insurance, NBFCs and other Financial Institution counterparties.
• Managing a portfolio of clients and handling rating assignments.
• Preparing credit reports by including profile of the counterparty, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, CAMEL based financial analysis (including profitability, capitalization, liquidity etc).
• Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure of the counterparties.
• Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation.
• Maintaining strong relationship with the client.

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of credit principles, policies and regulations for Banks and Financial Institutions counterparties.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stake holders.
• Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details.
• 4 -10 years relevant experience in the field of credit analysis for Financial Institution.
