Job summary

Marelli is hiring for a Finance position at its Propulsion Solutions finance team in Manesar, Gurgaon. You will handle R&D cost control, budgeting, and ensure BDG alignment, collaborating with plant teams and internal auditors.

The role requires MBA in Finance or ICWA with manufacturing experience and proficiency in MS Office. You will drive cost optimisation and support business planning in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance specialization or ICWA is required.
• Experience in manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Strong cost control, budgeting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• R&D cost controlling with project-wise tracking of expenses vs BDG and stakeholder reviews.
• Implement from finance side Marelli Manufacturing System principles at the plant.
• Ensure R&D recovery in line with BDG targets.
• Coordinate with Internal Auditors on assigned areas of responsibility.
• Provide industrial inputs for business plans and activity rate updates.
• Monitor and control PR processes.
• Drive and report plant KPIs against plan/BDG with the plant team.
• Manage financial reporting and controlling for a trading entity.

About the Position

We are looking for an Industrial Control/Investment control and Cost deployment to join the Finance at Propulsion Solutions team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This position is based at our office in Manesar, Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• R&D Cost Controlling including project wise tracking of expenses vs BDG including reviews with stakeholders ; act as a pivot for ensuring cost compliance
• Responsible for Implementing from finance side principles of Marelli Manufacturing system in the plant
• Responsible for ensuring R&D recovery in line with BDG
• Responsible for internal coordination with Internal Auditors in the areas of responsibility
• Responsible for Industrial inputs for preparations of Business Plans, Activity Rate updation
• Monitoring/Controlling of PR
• Responsible for driving; monitoring and reporting of plant KPIs against plan/BDG in close coordination with plant team
• Ability to manage financial reporting and controlling for a trading entity
