Job summary

Careercrafterz is seeking a Manager – Financial Reporting & MIS in Mumbai to lead accurate, timely financial reporting, drive month-end close, and develop robust MIS dashboards. The role requires CA with 1–4 years’ experience in a D2C/E-commerce or FMCG environment, plus strong IFRS/Ind AS knowledge and ERP exposure.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen internal controls while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• CA with 1–4 years of experience in financial reporting/MIS
• Experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or Beauty & Wellness preferred
• Proficient in Ind AS/IFRS and month-end close processes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and audits
• Strong analytical, detail orientation, and deadline-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per Ind AS/IFRS
• Drive month-end close and year-end processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Develop MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards
• Ensure GL integrity, reconciliations, and accounting entries
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Strengthen internal controls and reporting frameworks

Manager – Financial Reporting & MIS will be responsible for driving accurate, timely, and insightful

financial reporting across the organization. This role plays a critical part in strengthening controllership, ensuring statutory compliance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial reporting, month-end close processes, MIS, and internal controls within a fast-paced D2C/E-commerce or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–4 years of experience
• Prior experience in D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or Beauty & Wellness industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS)
• Hands-on experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and audit handling
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/ IFRS
