Job summary

Jobs Ai is seeking a proactive Financial Planning Senior Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will shape FP&A operations, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver results within your functional area.

The ideal candidate combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, leads close processes, financial reporting, and supports cost optimization. This is a remote, full-time position with a performance-based bonus and L&D stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate FP&A / FP&A processes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP and accounting software in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Identify and implement strategic opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.
• Lead and assist with critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, billing cycles, and precise invoicing.
• Prepare highly accurate financial reports, statements, and complex reconciliations.
