Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, consulting, or financial software implementation.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting knowledge.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.

• Experience with client-facing engagements and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with FP&A platforms is a plus.

In this role, you will combine financial planning expertise, consulting skills, and technology to help organizations transform their budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. You will work closely with project managers and client finance teams to design intuitive, scalable financial models and reporting solutions that support better business decisions. From financial planning templates to dashboards and management reports, your work will help customers improve visibility, efficiency, and financial performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex financial requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions. You will also guide clients through implementation, training, and adoption while collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve customer outcomes. Accountabilities

• Design, configure, and implement financial models, planning templates, dashboards, and reports tailored to clients' business requirements and financial processes.

• Collaborate with client finance teams and key stakeholders to understand business models, identify challenges, and translate financial planning needs into scalable, effective solutions.

• Support core financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, cost allocations, variance analysis, and management reporting.

• Develop intuitive, well-structured financial models and reporting solutions that improve data visibility, simplify workflows, and support informed decision-making.

• Work closely with project managers to coordinate implementation activities, manage timelines and deliverables, and maintain alignment with client expectations.

• Provide guidance and training to finance teams, helping users adopt new tools, understand best practices, and maximize the value of implemented solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting quality, and planning efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to share client feedback, address challenges, and improve the overall customer experience.

• Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and service delivery.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending practical enhancements to financial models, implementation methods, and customer-facing solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial consulting, or financial software implementation.

• Strong understanding of financial planning and management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and performance monitoring.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, including structuring financial data, developing reliable models, and presenting insights clearly.

• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive, scalable models, templates, dashboards, and reporting solutions that encourage user adoption.

• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand operational needs, and deliver tailored financial solutions.

• Familiarity with financial management systems and FP&A platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday Adaptive Planning, Planful, or comparable tools is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior finance leaders and explain financial concepts and technical solutions clearly.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying business needs and recommending improvements beyond the initial requirements.

• Proven project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, usability, and the quality of financial deliverables.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

• A genuine interest in combining finance, consulting, and technology to improve financial planning processes and business outcomes.

• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
