Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions is seeking a CA-qualified professional with 10+ years of experience in FP&A and Controlling. The role emphasizes financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting, due diligence, and controllership to drive strategic financial planning.

You will lead month-end closing, cash flow management, and US GAAP financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while overseeing people management within the team.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required and IFRS/US GAAP exposure preferred.
• 10+ years of FP&A and Controlling experience with emphasis on financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, due diligence and controllership.
• Experience in month-end close, cash flow management and US GAAP financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes for the business.
• Drive US GAAP reporting, month-end close, and cash flow management to support strategic decisions.
• Manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial controls.
