Job summary

FM India Supply Chain is seeking an experienced finance professional with 6-8 years in Controlling or FP&A, preferably from Logistics or Supply Chain. The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, ad-hoc reporting, and strong accounting process knowledge.

CA/MBA in Finance is required. You will mentor new hires, ensure policy compliance, and leverage SAP and MS Office tools to deliver accurate financial insights.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.).
• Experience in FP&A (Financial planning and analysis).
• Ensure compliance with company's accounting policies.
• Ensure Quality over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel, PPT.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize and mentor new hires.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
