Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bangalore is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis senior team member to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will develop variance analyses, dashboards, and management reports, working with Customer FP&A and BU leadership.

The role requires hands-on experience with JD Edwards/Hyperion/Oracle ERP, strong modeling and data analytics, and collaboration across functions. The position is based in Bengaluru with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD Edwards, Hyperion or Oracle ERP experience required.
• 5+ years in FP&A with variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and data analytics.
• MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for leadership teams.
• Prepare and analyze variance reports (actual vs budget vs forecast).
• Develop SG&A analysis with data-backed insights.
• Maintain financial dashboards and bespoke management reports for leadership.
• Work with business teams to support cost control and revenue optimization.
• Utilize Excel and Power BI for analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Role: Financial Planning & Analysis senior Team member

Skill: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Overall Experience:6 to 9 Years

Location: Bangalore

Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Qualifications and Required Skills

Good experience and work knowledge on JD Edward / Oracle ERP

MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CIMA / ICWA / CFA (preferred)

5+ years in FP&A,

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience and work knowledge on JD Edward / Hyperion/ Oracle ERP or other ERPs
• experience in Financial Planning & Variance Analysis
• Deep expertise in business finance, financial modeling, and data analytics
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering

Good To Have Skills:

• Knowledge of various tools used in AP processing such as duplicate invoice check, reconciliation tools etc
• Working knowledge of implementation of GenAI tools in Finance and Accounting domains
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma/ Kanban / Opex tools and demonstrated process improvements, Business KPI improvements
