Job summary

MediBuddy is hiring for a Pre-Authorization coordination role in Bengaluru. You will manage end-to-end Pre-Auth activities by coordinating with hospitals, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and patient financial support.

The position involves raising and tracking Pre-Auth requests, updating case status, resolving queries within SLAs, and supporting financial counselling for patients and Care Buddies. Fresh graduates with basic insurance knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with an interest in healthcare operations.
• 0–2 years of experience in Hospital Billing, Insurance, TPA, or Healthcare Operations.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance and Pre-Authorization processes.
• Good communication and MS Office skills.
