Job summary

SuperLabs in Thane, Mumbai is seeking a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining company books, payroll, invoicing, and ensuring accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping or finance operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company books, ledgers, and financial records
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Manage monthly payroll and maintain employee payroll records
• Generate client invoices and track payments
• Handle vendor payments and maintain accounts payable records
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Prepare basic financial reports including monthly revenue, expenses, and cash flow summaries
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance

About the Role

We are fast growing IT firm, looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the

day-to-day financial operations.

This role will be responsible for maintaining company books, managing payroll, handling

invoicing, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be organized,

reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
