Responsibilities

• Maintain company books, ledgers, and financial records.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.

• Generate client invoices and track payments.
• Handle vendor payments and maintain accounts payable records.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Prepare basic financial reports including monthly revenue, expenses, and cash flow summaries.
