Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Accounting operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, billing, and month-end close.
• Cash flow and working capital: Monitor cash flow, manage expenses, review receivables, and support timely collections.
• Controls and audits: Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls; coordinate internal and external audits.
• Compliance and taxation: Oversee tax filings, statutory disclosures, regulatory submissions, and other reporting requirements.
• Team leadership: Manage and develop the accounting team and ensure finance operations run effectively.
• Management support: Share financial updates, analysis, and recommendations with senior management to support business decisions.
