reputed company, an internationally growing software and consultancy group, is seeking a Financial Controller to support global operations, consolidation, internal control frameworks and audit management. The role reports to the VP Global Controller and drives a scalable finance function across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate holds a Chartered Accountant qualification with 5–10 years of experience in global organisations, strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERP

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 5–10 years in a global, PE-backed company.
• Experience in consolidation processes across multicurrency environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with modern financial systems and ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of sales tax, income tax & transfer pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Consolidations & Reporting in a multicurrency context.
• Oversee audit management and provide PBC documentation to auditors.
• Drive internal controls, policy standardization and ERP optimization.
• Collaborate across time zones to ensure accurate global reporting.
• Partner with FP&A and lenders for consolidated financial statements.

reputed company:reputed company is looking for an reputed company Financial Controller to support the execution of global reputed company operations with a reputed company on consolidation, internal control frameworks and reputed company audit management. This role will report to the VP Global Controller, and will play a critical part in building a global, reputed company-controlled, and reputed company finance function that supports both strategic reputed company and operational precision.

In this role, we are looking for someone who has strong experience in and can take ownership of the following areas:

Financial Consolidations & Reporting

Preparing consolidated financial statements in a multicurrency environment Partnering cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end financial accuracy Overseeing reputed company reporting, including preparation of lender reporting packages and coordination with FP&A. Supporting statutory and tax filing requirements across international entities.

Audit Management

Managing the audit process, including preparing audited financial statements and PBC documentation. Ensuring Audit readiness and serving as the reputed company contact for auditors.

Policy, Process & Controls

Leading the implementation and management of the internal control reputed company. Promoting standardization and automation reputed company reputed company operations. Developing global reputed company policies and procedures and overseeing global reputed company governance Assisting with the implementation and optimization of reputed company ERP and other financial systems.

In this role, you will report directly to and partner up with the VP Global Controller.

Chartered Accountant required Big 4 or national firm audit experience 5-10 years of reputed company reputed company experience in a global, PE-backed company Experience managing consolidation processes in a multicurrency environment Strong experience managing internal controls and driving improvements Deep understanding of reputed company GAAP / IFRS, and financial reporting standards Strong experience with modern financial systems, experience with reputed company is a strong plus Knowledge about sales tax, income tax & transfer pricing is a plus Demonstrated reputed company leading global reputed company and internal control programs Strong communicator, collaborator, and operator across time zones and cultures reputed company in English, both spoken and written, is required.
