Bhash Software Labs in Chennai (On-site) is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller with 9–15 years of experience to drive financial discipline, manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics while partnering with the Founder.

This full-time role focuses on strengthening controls, ensuring GST/TDS/PF compliance, preparing MIS reports, and tracking KPIs like CAC, LTV, and ROI to support rapid growth.

Formación

9–15 years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and MIS.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Background in SaaS, CPaaS, FinTech, Telecom or startups.

Financial Controller (9-15 Years Experience)

Working Days: 6 Days
Role: Full-time | Founder-facing

Salary:- Upto 12lpa

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to drive financial discipline, manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics while working closely with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily cash flow and financial operations
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
Track business KPIs, CAC, LTV, and ROI
Ensure GST, TDS, PF, and audit compliance
Strengthen financial controls and SOPs
Support strategic business growth initiatives

Requirements

9-15 years of relevant experience
Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience in cash flow management and financial modelling
Preferred background in SaaS, CPaaS, FinTech, Telecom, or fast-growing startups
