Job summary

CA Monk is seeking a Finance Controller for a leading hotel group with operations in Ahmedabad, Dehradun and Roorkee. The role oversees complete property-level finance operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, compliance and team management.

The ideal candidate should have extensive Finance & Accounts / Controllership experience, exposure to budgeting, MIS and reporting, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance & Accounts / Controllership experience.
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong exposure to budgeting, MIS, cost control and reporting.
• Team management experience preferred.
• Exposure to Opera/PMS, IDS, SAP, Excel or Power BI will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and financial reporting.
• Oversee AP, AR, Income Audit, Payroll and General Ledger.
• Drive cost control and profitability analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and internal controls.
