What You Will Do

• Write for Retail Investors: Turn raw financial data, earnings reports, and market movements (such as our Layoffs coverage) into sharp, relatable 150-word quick-hit articles for the site.
• Own the Distribution: Act as a one-person distribution powerhouse. You will package every article you write into engaging, platform-native social content (e.g., 5-tweet threads, LinkedIn posts) designed to beat the algorithm and capture attention.
• Speak the Language: Ditch the stuffy, traditional institutional newsroom tone. Write with the relatable, authoritative, and direct voice of a peer talking to modern retail investors.
• Drive Growth: Obsess over traffic and engagement metrics. If a piece of content doesn’t perform, you will iterate on the hook, the headline, and the packaging until it does.
