Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, is seeking a Financial and Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst to own balance sheet controls and regulatory submissions for global and local entities. You’ll work in the Liquidity Data and Controls function, applying your treasury, risk or finance experience.

You will analyze variances, explain key drivers, engage stakeholders, and drive ad-hoc analyses and change projects. Proficiency with Axiom, Tableau, SQL, Python or Alteryx is expected, plus a track record in

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fair understanding of various banking products.
• Hands on experience of reporting and analytical tools: Axiom, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx.
• Experience in production and review of BAU reports, validation and business commentary.
• (Preferred) Investment bank background.
• (Preferred) Understanding of regulatory reporting in a banking environment; liquidity reporting is a plus.

Job Title: Financial and Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst, AS

Location: Pune, India

• We are recruiting for an experienced professional with Treasury, Risk or Finance experience to work within the Liquidity Data and Controls function. The primary objective to ensure data completeness, production of adjustments, perform Product-level analysis and explain key drivers impacting stress testing and LCR (for EMEA/APAC Local entities).
• Candidate will take complete ownership of final Balance sheet control at product level which will be utilized for BCBS 239 RADAR adherence & manage key stakeholder queries at group level.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for production and timely submiss of regulatory reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) for Global and Local entity reporting.
• Analyse variances and provide meaningful commentary explaining key drivers and impact on reports, ensure accuracy and completeness of reports
• Good understanding of Balance sheet and regulatory reporting process.
• Ensure positive and productive engagement with stakeholders.
• Run ad-hoc analyses and communicate results to key stakeholders.
• Engagement with key stakeholder and support strategic change projects.
• Manage the team and take complete ownership of the process and people

Your Skills And Experience

• Strong data analysis skills & attention to detail

• Fair understanding of various banking products
• Hands on experience of any of the reporting and analytical tools like Axiom, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx
• Previous experience in production and review of BAU reports, validation and control, analysis and provision of business commentary
• (Preferred) Investment bank background
• (Preferred) Understanding of regulatory reporting within a Banking environment or Treasury function. Liquidity reporting experience preferable but not mandatory

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
