Job summary

Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Financial and Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst to own product-level balance sheet controls and regulatory submissions. You will analyze variances, explain drivers, and engage stakeholders across global and local entities while supporting BCBS 239 RADAR adherence and process improvements.

The role requires data analysis, strong communication, and experience with regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fair understanding of various banking products.
• Hands on experience with reporting and analytical tools: Axiom, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx.
• Experience in production and review of BAU reports, validation and business commentary.
• Preferred: Investment bank background.
• Preferred: Understanding of regulatory reporting in banking or treasury; liquidity reporting experience preferred.

• Responsible for production and timely submission of regulatory reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) for Global and Local entity reporting.
• Analyse variances and provide commentary explaining key drivers and impact on reports; ensure accuracy and completeness.

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

• We are recruiting for an experienced professional with Treasury, Risk or Finance experience to work within the Liquidity Data and Controls function. The primary objective to ensure data completeness, production of adjustments, perform Product-level analysis and explain key drivers impacting stress testing and LCR (for EMEA/APAC Local entities).
• Candidate will take complete ownership of final Balance sheet control at product level which will be utilized for BCBS 239 RADAR adherence & manage key stakeholder queries at group level.

• Hands on experience of any of the reporting and analytical tools like Axiom, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx
• Previous experience in production and review of BAU reports, validation and control, analysis and provision of business commentary
• (Preferred) Investment bank background
• (Preferred) Understanding of regulatory reporting within a Banking environment or Treasury function. Liquidity reporting experience preferable but not mandatory

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
