Job summary

Key responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting, statutory and management reporting, GST/TDS compliance, reinsurance invoicing, and coordinating with auditors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA with 3–4 years post-qualification experience.
• Insurance, reinsurance, or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting, Ind AS, financial reporting, GST, TDS and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to GIFT City, IFSCA, or SEZ requirements will be an advantage.
• Proactive, analytical, and strong stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountant to join the finance team of our growing reinsurance branch at GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The role offers hands-on exposure to accounting, financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and the development of finance processes within an international reinsurance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing activities, accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Support statutory, regulatory, and management reporting.
• Assist with IFSCA, SEZ, MCA, GST, TDS, and direct tax compliance.
• Manage reinsurance invoicing, including invoices, debit and credit notes, and accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Help strengthen finance processes, internal controls, documentation, and automation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services would be preferred.
• Sound understanding of accounting, Ind AS, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to GIFT City, IFSCA, or SEZ requirements will be an advantage.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing business environment.
