Job summary

StayVista Private Limited is seeking a Financial Analyst - Finance & Accounts in Delhi. The role focuses on preparing monthly MIS and financial reports, analyzing profitability and business performance, and managing receivables and cash flow to support strategic decisions.

You will also reconcile accounts, assist budgeting and forecasting, and identify cost optimization opportunities while strengthening financial controls in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Controlling.
• Working understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to prepare cost sheets, financial reports and MIS.
• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and ERP software.

Your Role

As a Financial Analyst at StayVista, you will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS and financial reports, analyzing profitability and business performance, managing receivables and cash flow, reconciling financial accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely month-end closures, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and strengthen financial controls.

About You

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Controlling.


• CA Inter, CMA Inter, B.Com / M.Com or equivalent


• Working understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.


• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to prepare and analyze cost sheets, financial reports, and MIS.


• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or Oracle.


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, auditors, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
