Job summary

Zippee, India’s Quick Commerce logistics pioneer, seeks a Finance Analyst - COD to manage day-to-day reconciliation, COD reporting, payouts and MIS. You will work with last-mile vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment at our Gurgaon HQ.

This role requires 1–2 years in finance or reconciliation, strong Excel/Google Sheets, GST and TDS knowledge, and sharp analytical skills. It’s an in-person, Mon-Fri role with Saturday remote options; join a rocket-ship team building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, or Reconciliation.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance reconciliation activities.
• Maintain internal COD reconciliation reports.
• Consolidate COD reconciliation workings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform COD reconciliation analysis and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with last-mile vendors for reconciliation and settlement-related matters.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management.

• We are looking for a Finance Analyst - COD to manage day-to-day finance reconciliation, COD reporting, payout and settlement coordination, and MIS reporting.
• The role will work closely with last-mile vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and support timely financial reporting.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we re not for everyone.
