Job summary

Yubi Markets in Chennai is seeking a CA-qualified Financial Analyst with 2–5 years post-articleship experience from Big 4 or startup backgrounds. You will own financial reporting, audits, revenue assurance, payables, inter-company reconciliations, taxation, and MIS across ERP systems.

Must have hands-on experience in at least 3 of these areas. Key duties include month-end close, audit coordination, billing accuracy, vendor payments, GST/Income Tax compliance, and development of MIS dashboards.

Qualifications

• CA qualification (mandatory).
• 2–5 years post-articleship experience.
• Big 4 or high-growth startup background preferred.
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 areas: financial reporting, audit, revenue assurance, payables, inter-company, taxation, MIS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reconciliations & month-end close.
• Coordinate audit cycles, investigate findings & ensure compliance.
• Review revenue transactions & drive billing accuracy.
• Process invoices, manage vendor master, optimize payment cycles.
• Reconcile inter-company transactions & maintain GL integrity.
• Handle GST/Income Tax compliance & statutory filings.
• Develop MIS dashboards, KPI tracking & financial analytics.
• Support ERP processes & ensure data accuracy across systems.

The Role

Position: Financial Analyst | Location: Chennai | Experience: 2-5 years post-CA

• Strong ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• SQL or analytics tools knowledge (nice-to-have)
• Domain expertise in minimum 3 areas mentioned above.
