Job summary

Yubi is seeking an experienced debt capital markets professional to help structure deals, prepare cash flows, and coordinate with multiple counterparties to execute complex agreements.

The role requires 7–10 years in financial services, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities. You will engage with issuers, investors, and legal teams to drive successful debt solutions.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA with 7–10 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of debt capital markets.
• Proficient MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated resilience and high level of integrity and detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand the deal contours and structure the deal basis the investor and client requirements.
• Preparation of Term sheets, Cash Flows, Liaising with Lawyers for definitive Documentation.
• Understanding the law and regulations with respect to Yubi product offerings to facilitate negotiations on complex legal documents.
• Coordinating with Issuer, Investors, Trustee, Law Firm, Rating Agency, Stock exchange, Depository, RTA, Auditor to facilitate execution.
• Addressing queries regarding cash flows or Bond/PTC details to investors and/or Issuers.
• Helping Sales/Ops team with specific Bond/PTC related inputs, cash flows if needed.

About the Job:

Requirements

Required skills
