Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research prescribed documents and update data in databases to provide insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by communicating financial insights and meeting reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, including reconciliations and data validation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and develop improvement strategies.
• Review and improve financial processes, including automation and best practices.
• Maintain high-quality standards in financial analysis and reporting.
• Measure and track client satisfaction and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including other analysts, operations, and technology.
• Keep up to date with financial trends, regulatory changes and best practices.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality of sensitive information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and updates: Research prescribed documents and updated data in the relevant databases to provide valuable insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by effectively communicating financial insights, addressing their concerns, and meeting their reporting requirements.
• Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, including reconciliations and data validation.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards, particularly in the financial industry where compliance is crucial.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve financial processes, including the implementation of best practices and automation.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in financial analysis and reporting, following quality control protocols.
• Client Satisfaction: Measure and track client satisfaction with the financial services provided and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Timeliness: Ensure that financial reports and analyses are delivered on time, meeting client or internal deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including other analysts, operations, and technology teams to achieve common goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good alphanumeric typing speed (40 WPM)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Should have sound knowledge of accounting and general financial concepts.
• Competent written and oral English language communication, ability to communicate in various formats: E-mail, Chat, Calls, and face-to-face communication.
• Must be comfortable working with numbers and statistics. This includes statistical analysis, data interpretation, and quantitative modeling.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
