Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Minimum 2 years delivering AI or LLM-powered products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Mortgage, Payments, or other regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to identify high-impact product opportunities.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritize initiatives based on value and ROI.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile ceremonies.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives including document intelligence, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery and quality outcomes.
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support experimentation, pilot programs, and scalable AI solution deployment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Product Manager – AI to lead the evolution of AI-driven products and solutions for regulated financial services workflows. This role bridges business and technology, working closely with engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders to define, build, and scale AI-powered products. The position is ideal for a hands-on product professional who enjoys both strategic problem-solving and delivery ownership while driving agile product development and innovation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to identify high-impact product opportunities.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritize initiatives based on value and ROI.
• Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile ceremonies.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives including document intelligence, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, AI, QA, Operations, and Business Stakeholders.

Provide direction and prioritization to project teams throughout the product lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Mortgage, Payments, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Understanding of SQL, Vector Databases, and AI/ML concepts is advantageous.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups and clients.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

• AI/ML Certification from recognized institutions such as Microsoft, Google, Coursera, or equivalent (preferred).
• Product Management certifications (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred).
