Job summary

Arise is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1–4 years of experience in Finance Planning and Analysis, preferably with BPO/KPO/SaaS/Technology exposure.

You will support forecasting, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and basic financial modeling using Excel, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and good communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain basic financial models using Excel or other software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Ad-hoc Analytics support: supporting multiple functional areas of the organization but not limited to Customer Success, Supply chain, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Admin, Technology

Requirements:

Education:

• Preferred CA/CA Intermediate/CMA/MBA Finance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Skills:
