CoinSwitch is seeking a Finance Operations professional to own month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and income recognition. You will manage Oracle master-data changes and loan-related accounting with accuracy and control.

Responsabilités

• Complete month-end close activities and maintain close trackers, schedules and supporting reconciliations.
• Prepare expense detailed sheets covering vendor, expense head, provisions, bills and prepaid expenses.
• Prepare and post/review intercompany cross-charge provisions, invoicing and settlement workings.
• Maintain and track intercompany agreements, including renewals and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations (BRS) and investigate/clear unreconciled items.
• Compute and recognise interest income and gains on mutual funds/investments as applicable, with supporting schedules.
• Handle Oracle new GL and item-master requests/changes.
• Maintain audit-ready working papers and provide supporting documentation for statutory/management and Internal audits.

About The Role:We are looking for a business associate at CoinSwitch to be part of the P&L team. You will be the oneresponsible for the acquiring and retaining trading influencers to promote the platform . You will focuson influencer relationship management. As an excellent business associate, you must have a knack foridentifying emerging high quality influencers and have an empathy for influencer needs. You must havethe ability to position new features to existing influencers to increase adoption for newly launchedproducts. You must have data orientation and willingness to talk to influencers to gather feedback andshare it with the product team. You must be able to resolve any issues influencers are facing on theproduct by coordinating with relevant stakeholders in the company.

Role purpose

Own recurring finance operations and accounting activities required for accurate month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, income recognition/accruals, Oracle master-data activities and loan-related accounting.

Key responsibilities must be hands-on

• Complete month-end close activities and maintain close trackers, schedules and supporting reconciliations.
• Prepare expense detailed sheets covering vendor, expense head, provisions, bills and prepaid expenses.

What success looks like

• Can independently complete assigned close activities without needing step-by-step instructions.
• Strong reconciliation discipline and ability to identify unusual balances/entries.
• Comfortable working in Excel and ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite or similar.
• Understands debit/credit, accruals, provisions, prepaids, intercompany, bank reconciliation and basic Ind AS concepts.
• Meets deadlines and follows through on open items with stakeholders.
